Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped, including tracking details. 

If we experience a high volume of orders or shipments are delayed due to weather or carrier disruptions, we will communicate updates via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight and destination.

- Domestic US Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS Ground): 3–7 business days.
- Domestic US Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority / UPS 2nd Day): 2–3 business days.
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on customs clearance and regional postal services.

*Please note that delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed arrival dates.*

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has dispatched. Tracking information typically activates within 24–48 hours of carrier pick-up.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
Totalis Cards & Games CS LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, tariffs, or import taxes applied to international shipments. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
We take great care in packaging trading cards, sealed booster boxes, and gaming supplies to protect against transit damage. If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@totalisgames.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and items.
